Weekly email reports

A summary of your domains, delivered to your inbox every week.

LEVEL 1: THE BIG PICTURE

Full detail when you really need it

Every domain you monitor gets a single overview: how many emails were sent in your name, how many passed authentication, and how many failed. A daily chart shows when things changed. A list shows every service sending email as you — your shop platform, your newsletter tool, your CRM — sorted by volume.

💡 Use it for: a five-minute weekly check. If everything's green, close the tab.

LEVEL 2: DRILL INTO ANY SERVICE

When something looks off, click it

If one of your services drops from 100% to 74% pass rate, click it and DMARCeye shows the detail: every server that service used to send your email, how many messages each one sent day by day, whether they passed authentication, and which messages were forwarded — so you don't waste time chasing harmless false alarms.

💡 Use it for: finding which of your tools broke, instead of guessing.

LEVEL 3: ALL THE WAY TO THE SERVER

Full detail when you really need it

For when you suspect spoofing, or you're working with your IT contact to fix something specific. DMARCeye shows the full per-server detail — exactly what authentication checks each message passed or failed, which signing key was used, and what the inbox provider decided to do with the message.

💡 Use it for: confirming whether a suspicious sender is actually a forgotten old service of yours, or someone abusing your brand.

The questions DMARCeye actually answers

Most DMARC tools show you data. DMARCeye is built around the questions you'd ask in plain language.

Is anyone pretending to be us?

Look for unfamiliar services with a low pass rate. Most spoofing attempts show up as exactly that — an unknown source sending small volumes that fail authentication.

Why are our newsletters going to spam?

Open the daily chart, find the day things changed, and drill into the service sending the campaigns. You'll see whether something on their side broke or your DNS settings drifted.

We're switching email tools — did the setup work?

The new service should appear with a healthy pass rate within a couple of days. If it doesn't, something in the setup is wrong and DMARCeye shows you what.

Can we safely turn on stricter protection?

Stricter DMARC settings can accidentally reject your own mail if a service isn't set up right. DMARCeye shows the pass rate of every service you use, so you know it's safe to tighten the policy.

FAQ

The questions DMARCeye actually answers

How long does setup take?

Usually under 5 minutes. You add a single line to your domain's DNS settings, and reports start arriving within 24–48 hours. Step-by-step guides for the most common DNS providers included.

I'm not technical. Can I still use this?

Yes — that's exactly who DMARCeye is designed for. Most of our customers are business owners and marketing leads, not IT specialists. Plain-language explanations throughout, and our support team helps with setup if you get stuck.

What if I already have IT or an agency managing this?

DMARCeye works for them too. They get full per-server detail, raw report access, and exports. You get the readable overview. Same account, two views.

How is this different from free DMARC tools?

Free tools usually show a single number and stop there. DMARCeye gives you the three-level drill-down, alerts when something changes, multiple domains, historical data, and explanations of what to do next.
