Monitor DMARC for all client domains in one place
Multi-tenant, AI-native platform with centralized billing for agencies and resellers. Manage one or many clients in the same dashboard while your AI assistant keeps full context and costs per domain decrease as you scale.
Built for managing many domains, not just one
Most DMARC tools are designed for a single company protecting its own domains. Agencies have a different problem — many clients, different scales, different reporting cadences, and pricing that has to work across the entire portfolio. The DMARCeye Agency plan is built around exactly that.
Three ways to bill your clients
Pick the model that fits how you work with clients today. You can switch modes as your portfolio grows, or run different clients on different modes within the same agency account. Most agencies start on Mode 2 and graduate to Mode 3 once their book stabilizes.
One login. Every client. Fully separated.
Multi-tenant means every client lives in their own isolated environment with their own data, while you get a unified view across all of them. Adding a new client is one click. Their data never touches another client's. And when they leave, their data leaves with them.
Monitor every client portfolio from your favorite AI assistant
DMARCeye is the only DMARC platform with a native MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Connect your agency account to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI assistant and query the status of every client domain in plain language — without opening the dashboard.
The MCP server uses your existing agency authentication and respects all sub-account isolation.
Setup takes 60 seconds in your AI assistant of choice. Learn more about the MCP server →
Who this is for
The Agency plan fits any team managing DMARC for more than one organization — whether that's external clients, internal brands, or a mix of both.
Common agency questions
How is the Agency plan different from Scale?
Scale is designed for one company protecting its own domains. It has flat pay-as-you-go pricing, a single team, and one billing profile. Agency adds multi-tenant architecture so each client sits in their own isolated sub-account, three billing models (including volume discounts and prepaid commitments), unlimited data history, and granular team permissions. If you manage domains for more than one organization, Agency is the right plan.
Can I white-label the platform or reports?
White-labeling is available with custom logo support today. PDF report exports are planned and on our roadmap.
How do I migrate existing client domains?
We handle migration and DNS handover with you on a scheduled call. We cannot import historical DMARC data, but your existing DMARC policy stays in place so new reporting continues without interruption.
What happens if a client leaves my agency?
If they want to continue using DMARCeye independently, they start a new subscription and we transfer their domains and historical data over. No data lock-in, no exit fees.
Do you offer a partner program with revenue share?
You receive special pricing as you manage more domains. We also run an affiliate program if you are interested in additional revenue streams.
Is there a minimum number of clients required for the Agency plan?
The prepaid volume model (Mode 3) is available for a minimum of 50 client domains.
Can I switch between billing modes later?
Yes, and most agencies do. A common path is: start on Mode 1 or 2 to keep things flexible while the book stabilizes, then graduate to Mode 3 once you can confidently forecast annual volume. Switching is a one-call setup change and doesn't disrupt sub-accounts or reporting.
Can I run different clients on different billing modes?
Yes. For example, one large client might insist on paying us directly (Mode 1) while the rest of your portfolio runs aggregated under your agency (Mode 2 or 3). The dashboard handles all of it from one place.
Where is the data stored and how is it secured?
All DMARC data is stored in EU data centers, GDPR compliant, on the same infrastructure as the rest of DMARCeye and Ecomail. Each client sub-account is logically isolated at the application layer. DPA available on request.
What if a client's domain volume spikes unexpectedly?
There is no automatic switch between billing modes. We use soft limits and will contact you when your usage grows and the billing mode should be updated.
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
Yes. All Agency accounts get a named contact for onboarding, escalations, and quarterly business reviews. For larger portfolios we also schedule monthly check-ins.
What is the MCP server and why does it matter for agencies?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external data sources. Our MCP server lets you connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI assistant directly to your DMARCeye agency account. Instead of clicking through the dashboard for each client, you can ask questions like "Which of my clients have DMARC issues this week?" or "Generate a Q4 summary for Client A" and get answers in seconds. For agencies running monthly reviews across many clients, this can save several hours of manual report-building per week.
Is MCP access secure across client sub-accounts?
Yes. The MCP server uses your existing agency authentication and inherits all sub-account permissions. If a team member only has access to certain clients in the dashboard, the AI assistant only sees those clients too. We never expose data between sub-accounts, and the AI assistant is read-only by default — it cannot modify your DNS or DMARC policies.
