Scale is for businesses that want the complete solution — 1 to 50 domains, 1 million emails per domain, one-year history, and all platform features. Agency is for those managing client portfolios or larger companies with custom requirements and multi-tenant architecture.

In the Scale plan, you pay for the exact number of domains you use. Each monitored domain takes up one slot. If you remove a domain, the slot stays open and you can add another one anytime — at no extra cost. You're paying for the number of slots, not for specific domains.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our global payment partner that handles VAT and invoicing across countries. Your card is charged in the equivalent of your local currency at your bank's current exchange rate. Invoices are issued in USD and you can find them anytime in your account settings.

Yes. You can add domains anytime — the new slot is added to your next invoice, or charged pro-rata until the end of your annual period. You can switch between plans directly in your account settings.
