Need Clarification?

What is the in-app AI chat?

It is Bart, the assistant built into DMARCeye. Open him from any screen, ask a question about your DMARC data, and he answers in plain language using your own reports.

What can I ask it?

Anything from general DMARC questions to specifics about the report you're viewing, such as why one IP address is failing. You can also attach an image or a screenshot and ask about what it shows.

Does it answer from my real data?

Yes. The assistant loads your actual reports before it answers, and each answer is labeled with the data it used, so you always know where the numbers come from.

Can I share or keep the answers?

Yes. You can:

  • Save any answer to your Saved content library
  • Email an answer to a team member directly from the chat
  • Export a whole conversation as PDF, HTML, or JSON

Which plans include the AI chat?

The chat is included on all paid plans. On the 14-day trial you get 10 free messages to try it.

How is this different from the AI Security Analysis on my dashboard?

The AI Security Analysis runs on its own and summarizes all your domains without being asked. The chat is interactive: you ask, it answers.

The analysis is included on every plan, including Free; the chat is a paid-plan feature.

Can I use my own AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, instead?

Yes. That runs through the DMARCeye MCP Server, which connects external AI assistants to your live DMARC data. It is separate from the in-app chat and included on all paid plans.
